I'm making a U-turn on this issue. I have to confess that I wouldn't have
made my last posting if I'd have realised what this figure for license
dodgers was! I had simply no idea at all it was THAT high!

I now  read Debbie's posting in a completely new light. Is someone from the
licensing department at BW actually telling us NOT to report boats with
out-of-date licences because it actually HAMPERS the fight against licence
dodgers? Because - actually - they know who the license dodgers are?

Well if you know who they are Debbie, why are there so many?
