There's no dry land activity planned.  At one time we were thinking of a 
protest on Westminster Bridge or somewhere, but decided against it when we 
learnt there is to be a NHS protest march to Parliament later the same day.

If you want to photograph the event, I reckon the best vantage point is on 
the ALbert Embankment (i.e. south bank) either  outside St Thomas' Hospital.
