Oh no, Uncle Mort is (hopefully) still on the G&S and Mrs B and I are splitting our time between the old place in Dorset and Staffy's place in Stourport, where the Severn is "well up". Another 6 ft and the floating pontoons will be on their way to Worcester and only 2.1/2 locks between the canal and the river. Bewdley and Worcester have the flood gates up but Stourport doesn't have any. I can't see how any property in Stourport can get flooded except those very adjacent to the river. What's that dear ? Can I come downstairs and bring the bucket ? Beeky
