I'm sorry you had that sort of a job, I think the public sector is prone to 
keeping up the established number of posts, whether there is actually any 
work involved or not - I once had a job with a semi-government organisation 
where my duties took up all of 2 hours a week!, so I know how 
soul-destroying that can be. If any such posts exist within BW, then 
obviously they should be eliminated asap. I hope that BW have adopted the 
private sector attitude of employing as few people as they can get away 
with, and expecting those to work their little socks off.
