Radio Reports on BBC today were suggesting that the site has now crashed. After hearing the comments of senior Government Officials referring to the instigator of this idea (No10 on line Petitions) as a "pratt" I wonder if this is a little of the Developer faced with a Grade ll listed building 'accidentally knocking it down.
