We've had this discussion. The answer is "yes", but it isn't practical to do so given the small individual payments and the difficulty of collecting them. Instead, they asre, in effect, amalgamated and the government collects them as taxes and pays them en bloc to BW as part of the annual grant. Adrian Adrian Stott 07956-299966
