However, I believe that some submissions to the EFRA inquiry touch on other aspects of boating costs. I am also aware of at least one protest about the pumpout charge increase. Personally, apart from the fact that all these increases add up to boating becoming an even more expensive hobby, I can't see much mileage in complaining about the increase in BSS charges.
