I know a lot of dogs who are far nicer than some people. If we could muzzle
the dirty, smelly, obnoxious people in this world, that would lead to a more
pleasant life for the rest of us. Then, of course there is the other point
that it is not the dogs' fault they are not properly trained, it is the
owners' fault. As Sue said in another thread, her dog does as it is told.
Mind you, if Roger told *me* to 'sit', I would too!

My dog has her own ideas about some things, but I keep her on a lead except
in the park and I clean up after her. Also, children are allowed in public
places and my dog is better trained, quieter and much more sociable than the
majority of children I see, whose parents not only have no control over
them, but clearly have no idea that they OUGHT to have some control over
them.
