The trick is to install a layer of that plastic rollable chicken
fencing (mine is the dark green stuff, a grid about 0.75 cm between
between centres) between the flexible tank and what it is sitting in.
This will provide a slight gap outside the flexible tank,so any
condensation will fall to the bottom of the enclosure.  It also
protects the flexible tank from abrading against the enclosure.
Naturally, you need to have a drain hole in the bottom of the
enclosure (into the bilge will usually be fine, as the volume of
condensate will be quite small), but since in the enquirer's case the
enclose is a tank that was leaking anyway ...
