I believe that the weirs immediately at the intakes to the Mills will be 
restored, allowing operation of the House Mill once again.  The Clock Mill 
is not a viable prospet for restoration to working order.  The idea, the 
last i heard, is that of the four mill-wheels in the House Mill, one will be 
restored to it original state for demonstration purposes, and the other 
three will be used for electricity generation.  A reasonable compromise, 
IMO.  What I don't know is how much operation of the mill wheels will be 
possible without lowering the impounded level below what is needed for 
navigation.
