Don't be too hard on Sir Tim - he had a great idea and gave it to the  
world, free of charge. Bill is quite the opposite, but even he isn't  
responsible for the presence of malicious and anti-social individuals  
on the net.

Businesses and governments are targeted every day, and spend an awful  
lot of money to protect themselves, sometimes with limited success.
