Ihave been using gmail for a couple of years now, primarily for receiving
this list, but also for when I travel, because it is web-based, and can be
accessed from anywhere. When I'm away, I can even forwatd my POP3 e-mail to
gmail and so not miss a thing-- assuming that's what you want!!

I do have a few invitations for others to try gmail, but I *think* that you
can now enroll by going to the website:

http://mail.google.com/mail

Note that I am not trying to tell you to change your e-mail address, but
rather to set up a new one for this list [and any other list where you're
having difficulties receiving your mail]. I am not an agent for Google, or
gmail, just a satisfied user.

Cheers,

Phil
