The same message was also the one that Freeserve bounced  rather than 
forwarding it to Steve Goodsell, who is also now 'hard-bouncing'.

The message referred to is #30788  -  but that was actually posted the day 
after Steve was set as boucing.  Very confusing  -  but this does seem to be 
a problem which has affected only members who use Freeserve as their ISP.
