The licence police are struggling greatly with me as usual coz I'm now declaring the house I'm renting while Bream is refurbished as a second temporary residence with the boat (and its completely different c/o address) still being my primary residence ;-) Last week I had a letter from them to say they had updated their records. Yesterday I got a letter to say they were coming to interview the (unnamed) occupier under caution as there was no licence at this address :-) Ho hum Steve NB Bream
