There was an under-age rape last year at Sainsbury's in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This may be as a result.

Sad.

Are they wired for sound as well ? What happens if an unaccompanied
minor gets in distress behind a closed cubicle door ? Isn't is simpler
to put a sign on the door "no unaccompanied minors to use these
facilities"

Are there similar arrangements in the ladies loo ?

On the positive side, thinking back to school days, at least there
would be proof of who could pee furthest up the wall.
