It was mass peroduced and I think the small ones had a fair name. 
Probably used something like a Villiars engien with their own "leg" 
parts- I think the Wico-Pacy and Wipac refer to the magneto 
manufacturer (unless they also made the OB, but I doubt it).

I guess an Amal carb or similar.

They eventually go involved with a larger two cylinder job that went 
through a number of owners including Archimidies Penta (Volvo)and 
Perkins. This one barked like a good'un and may well have finished 
the company.

It probably runs on an 8:1 mixture.

Stick it on Ebay or the yellow pages in one of the voats for sale 
mags and see who bite - it will not be me!
