As far as I know solid fuel stoves aren't included in the BSS yet. Watch this space. At the last BSS review the focus changed to 3rd party liability. If you wish to kill yourself you are welcome as long as you don't harm any one else. The BSS is changing yet again as the Warwickshire fire officer saw Waterworld and decided to get involved. He discovered the learned men running the BSS had never consulted with the fire brigade and so there was much he could do to improve the scheme with new regulations.
