The trouble might be that you cannot give a JP3 (in a modern narrowboat) a good thrashing on the canals. Well not unless you want to upset a few people, although BW and their contractors try hard at times! ;-( Maybe there should be an *engine/exhaust cleaning and decoking* GIG on the Trent, Severn or Thames?
