Not so much an overlay.... http://www.foammattress4u.co.uk/m_ortho.htm I've one of these at home. Very comfortable. Only seems to come in certain sizes, so would depend on your bed. (BTW they come vacuum packed, in a roll 2ft diameter X bed width. Once opened, it's about half inch thick, and half hour later about 6.5 inches thick!
