Incidentally I watched the lady shear the tup. (That's the man sheep folks and
he tups the lady sheep.)
I rember well the late, great, Jack Hargreaves on that seminal programme "Out
of town."
If a dog in his experience showed a tendency to worry sheep, the dog was tied
by a short length of line to a tup & the two animals were left to their own
devices for a couple of hours. The dog subsequently showed no inclination to
worry sheep again!
