Silly Graham!....When BW have upped the mooring price in the affected areas!

Once the mooring price in a particular area has been increased, it makes it 
much more viable for marina business to set up, thus relieving the system of 
the huge increase in boats that BW wants. BW gets more money from connection 
charges and from licence fees.
