Many thanks. I will play with that later. I have just changed from ntl to
sky for broadband and had to resort to calling ntl staff half wits before
that was sorted. At least I hope it's sorted as I have just had a phone call
saying they do owe me some money.
I am now changing from vodafone to orange and there is a limit to the chaos
I want to cause.
