errr...Shannon Regiostration costs NOTHING!...moorings about half what they 
are over here...and if you want to "contiuously cruise" (which normally 
means sitting in one place for over a year) on the Grand / Royal / Barrow it 
costs around 87 quid for your full mooring / lock passage licence. You could 
get a 60ft NB over to Ireland for around £2500 inc craneage.
