Yes I had a very similar issue a few months ago. Phone Orange and ask them to turn off Orange Safeguard. Its rubbish as it randomly denies access to all sorts of innocuous sites. It also randomly turns itself back on from time to time so anther call is needed :-( Steve NB Bream
