Hi Paul,

I had, even though I gave a reason for the lack of items such as the BBQ and
the entertainment I had still added it to the list of improvements for next
years event.

As people rightly or wrongly stated the event does need a kick start, and
perhaps the suggestion regarding the BBQ food might be a start.

BBQ

I had never heard of giving packs of food out, but say if we said you bring
your food we supplied the BBQ?, or I could try and find out if a group from
Wrg would be willing to do the BBQ?

Entertainment.

We had tried to get another group, but they just costed themselves out, but
what about Braunston Pickle would that be what people like. Considering one
of the Trio was cooking for me in the Wrg Compound, perhaps that might be
possible. We do try to get entertainments sponsored, which sometimes just
comes through at the last moment. But it can be something we can look at.

Theme,

Several people mentioned that the Theme set was very hard to work on,
perhaps Mike Stevens and I and the rest of the committee should take that on
board and make it easier.

Thank you for the thoughts and idea's, if you or any one else comes up with
any more please email through the list or privately.

Thanks

Moose
