If BW class your single-boat arm as a Marina, then according to their Inland 
Marina Investment Guide you will have to pay an application fee of £800, 
Appraisal and Inspection fees of £1600 and maybe a Water Resources Study Fee of 
£2000, all +VAT.  Then you have to sign a Network Access Agreement under which 
they will charge you 9% of the theoretical mooring fee (whether the moorings 
are occupied or not).
