It's Deptford Creek. It doesn't need the intrepid TNC to get up there  - 
even I've managed it a couple of times.

Further downstream than the lifting railway bridge and the associated 
lifting pedestrian bridge in a swing road bridge that ius till is use, since 
between the road and railway bridges is a working wharf belonging to Prior 
Aggregates which is very busy with coasters bringing sand and gravel.
