Either would make a good visit I think. I'm not sure just how much of the
new work at Foxton is now open to the public. I know the top arm is back in
water, but was still fenced off when I was last there a few months back.
Even without that you've got the plane and museum plus the locks.

The museum at SB has changed quite a bit (some would say not for the better)
in now having a tea room on the ground floor. Some of the upstairs exhibits
may appear familiar even after 20 years! This is being addressed I have to
say (before someone else does).

Both sites will inevitably be fairly crowded on the Monday. Best parking at
Foxton is the top car park on the Gumley road, and at SB is the field by the
Church.
