I doubt it but it is easy to guess what I mean (I think!). I suppose if I were to be rather more grammitically correct I should have used 'acronymic' which stands a better chance of being in at least one dictionary. By the way, what is your defintion of the word 'word' - my recollection is that it is a 'unit of a language from which native speakers of that language can identify a meaning'.
