You're right! I even looked up "aberrant" to check I had spelled it correctly.
My spelling is usually 100% but occasionally, as I set down on paper [or
screen] a little-used word it somehow looks wrong. It's only now you've pointed
out it should be "Association" & not "Society" that I realise spelling is not
the only pitfall!
Indeed, you must be an ex-[or even current] Daily Mirror reader 'coz it was
in that august [:-))] paper that Keith Waterhouse first formed the
"Association"
