You would not believe the problem I had with this with Yahoo. When I joined they required very little information about you and then suddenly I was cut off because the didn't know if I was under , I think 13. They bared my access to Yahoo and wanted a fax from my mum to America. I could not contact them because I was barred, my emails came straight back.
