I can only suggest... 1. Change to a better ISP. or 2. Get a domain with a mailbox (i.e. cheapest hosting plan) - cut the ISP out of the loop (from about £12 a year - http://www.compila.com/pages/hosting/linuxindex.html - I have two of the £19 ones here, and I can make any e-mail filters *I* desire, not what they want! ) - at least your e-mail address never changes even if you swich your ISP anytime.
