We met David & Heather at Sharpness on Friday and they said there was a Portishead trip planned. Yesterday was at least sunny, we were back on the mooring at Parkend and considered another gongoozling trip to watch the intrepid ones. We watched on Friday as 2 motor cruisers went over to Lydney and a 2 masted sailing boat set sail for somewhere more exotic. Barry Island I think. I suspect the Lydney 3 yesterday were Jasper, Plato and either Platypus or Chater (!). All the others seem to be abandoning the idea. Beeky
