Hi Andrew,

I'm using the £1 all day orange pay-go deal, and uploading them very
slowly! I'm trying to keep the length down so that it has a chance of
making it to YouTube, and I'm also reducing the bitrate a little as
well (280kbps). It takes about 20 mins for a 2 minutes clip, so you
have to make sure you don't lose the signal during that time.

I'm using a laptop to prepare the video - editing it, and compressing
it to flash video format that YouTube uses. I could use another
compression format, but it saves YouTube having to re-encode the file,
thus loosing more quality.

We've given up getting any further for the time being, and so I'm back
at work, but hopefully middle of next week we will be back on course
again.

Glad you are enjoying them,

Mike
