We had a cheap stay in Henley. No one came for the money and we were there
from 2.30 pm till 9 am the next day. It has worked out that the high charges
haven't been collected but the small charges have.
We saw a flock of geese over a hundred strong that weren't Canada geese.
Smaller with orange beaks. Brent geese maybe?
The bit of string that worked the stopping kept getting onto the exhaust but
apart from that it was an uneventful trip till we got to Reading Tesco. The
moorings were full with many of the boats that were there when we left.
Several were barges which take up a fair bit of room.
I am now doing the washing and getting ready for our 'helpers' who arrive
tomorrow morning early.
Our Helper from Newbury to Bedwyn has gone sick so if anyone is interested
from Sunday 2nd onwards just get in touch.
