If only that could apply to road vehicles where ALL the electricity is  
generated when driving along and waste engine heat is used for heating (and  
cooling) the passenger compartment. All this using the fuel (also)  used for 
propulsion.
 
Where do I claim back all the overpaid VAT and duty I've paid over the  years?
