We convened on the Bancroft coast and repaired a few hundred yards to a Witherspoonesque hostelry. We mainly consumed Barnsley chops and Deuchars Caledonian. "Gloomy 2007 mugs" were dispended in the proportion 60% pre-ordered to 40% not pre-ordered. Anybody care to guess the total number of mugs dispensed ? Clue 1 - none of them were delivered as fractions of a mug. Clue 2 - the total didn't reach double figures. NB no valuable cash prizes.
