Hi Bruce,

For info:

I took the boat out today filled up with diesel that cost £82.00 two gas
bottles £35.00 decided to give the boat a run down to the lock and back.

Keep getting a Diesel leak on an injector, took it a part yeserday and cleaned
everything up, refitted everything. So I needed that boat to have a run to see
if it still leaks.

After going about 1km pass our mooring noticed the Ignition light come on,
realises what had happened, fan belt had snapped. I know I have no spare.

Got towed back by very nice couple on a boat called Lucy, he did promise not to
tell anyone, but Mr Strudwick cruised passed, so embarrassing. I have had to
recover many boats included a burnt out boat (when I was chased by the police
helicopter, my picture was in the paper).

I was deposited back at my mooring, and yes when lifted the engine board I
still have a diesel leak!! might be coming from the spill rail. Engine is a
Lister canal star 3 cylinder and the leak looks as if its Number 1 cylinder.
