I have to agree with Adrian this sort of action would have no impact what so ever on the big producers. Most oil is used for the production of Chemicals, Running Industries, Aviation etc. Fuel for cars comes way down the list. The reason oil prices at the "well head" are going up is the increasing demands from India and China.
