Thanks for the encouragement Terry, that's just the thing we are aiming at.
We are conscious of the need to pick the group (and they us!). We are very happy to get involved with maintenance/admin etc and are looking for a group of people with a similar willingness to be 'hands on', plus some technical skills that we don't have - I can DIY, paint, do an oil change etc. I don't have electrical or mechanical expertise but would be willing to learn. One option might be to share with someone who presently owns 100% but who doesn't make full use of the boat and who would like to cut their costs (and raise some cash) in exchange for sharing ownership - we are looking for smaller than 50% share but might consider say 1/3rd.
