[canals-list] Windmill @ Napton-on-the-Hill

I have just been watching some old 8mm cine film shot in 1971. It 
shows the windmill on the hill at Napton with only two sails. Recent 
photographs show it to have four sails. Has anyone any idea when the 
change took place.
