Hi, Just a thought, if they start charging people who overstay at particular places, they need to be careful when setting the amount they charge, as for some positions if people are using their boats as homes and travelling to and from a place of work, they may well be prepared to pay a fairly high price, as offsetting this charge against the cost of renting a flat etc.
