No, that's incorrect. The situation is that BW are considering (as part of the much vaunted licence consultation document, Proposal 2) to reduce the prompt payment discount to 5% with effect from April 2009 and they say they will consult further in 2010 to determine whether the PPD will be discontinued altogether from 2011.
