No, and not necessarily. AFAIK licence fee increase (subject to the
outcome of the consultation ending 7th January) is likely to be 12.3%
which is 3.3% inflation and 9% increase. Mooring fee increases vary
depending on "market forces". Yep, I don't know what that means
