True, and the good news is that there is now also another great butcher in the area - at Barton Turns Marina! They too have their own farms and we bought a skinned wild rabbit from them for £3 (it made a great stew) and for Xmas we ordered a double prime rib from them - it was superb. Wouldn't surprise me if they could get goat with a few days notice (or even mail order?). -- Will Chapman Save Our Waterways www.SaveOurWaterways.org.uk
