True, and the good news is that there is now also another great 
butcher in the area - at Barton Turns Marina! They too have their
own farms and we bought a skinned wild rabbit from them for £3 
(it made a great stew) and for Xmas we ordered a double prime rib
from them - it was superb.

Wouldn't surprise me if they could get goat with a few days 
notice (or even mail order?).
