Seems like BW are setting themselves up for a U-turn!

Having followed the moorings saga from day one and having built a
spreadsheet of all the let moorings I can say that BW are spinning again!
The FACTS are
The average rise across the all of the moorings that have been let until
Monday was 27%
The highest increase was 111% above the guide price
The lowest was 54% of the guide price
of the 68 moorings that have been let
17 of them were below the guide price
19 of them were within plus 10% of the guide price
The rest (32) were over 10% above the guide price.

Several of the moorings that didn't go first time round have been re-offered
and went the second time.

The most interesting thing is that for the moorings at Brentford there are
several identical bids all within an hour of each other on all bar one of
the moorings. I suspect that when these are offered they will be refused
except for one and that will skew the average down a bit.
