I'm a bit late to this party today, but it looks as though everything
that needed saying has already been said.

It's hard for me to fathom why someone would want Brian to stop
posting his trip reports.  How these could be counter to any
"aims of the list" is beyond me.

Brian - I think you need to tell at least Bob and I who sent you
this message.  If anyone is trying to stir up trouble, we need to
know who.

Just to clarify the list operation, Bob Wood and I don't make up any
rules (beyond those of normal civil discourse, no intrusive ads, and
no spam).  Basically, the list operates under the "canal boaters in
a pub" analogy, in which most talk is about the subject, but it can
wander off from time to time-- there are no explicit rules, and
much goes on here without complaint from anyone.  Roger Millin's
term "consensus" was a good one (even if he spelled it "concensus"). :-)

By the way, Roger.  I'd go ahead and post your MS IE question - everyone
else does, should it should be OK (provided everyone agrees!).
