I do not understand this. I have never heard of an Aldi BACK BOILER which implies it is the boiler behind a stove. I have heard of two types of Aldi gas central heating boilers though and neither can be converted to a stove. If there is space a stove with back boiler could be fitted else where but almost certainly an electric circulating pump will be required and possibly a header tank. You can use a stove + back boiler with the old Aldi (I do not know about the modern one) but there are problems with very hot stove water circulating through the Aldi and tripping/damaging the overheat safety cutout. Otherwise a heat exchanger can be used to transfer heat from one system to the other, but its more complicated. I think we need clarification as to exactly what sort of a thing you have at present.
