I do not understand this.

I have never heard of an Aldi BACK BOILER which implies it is the
boiler behind a stove. I have heard of two types of Aldi gas central
heating boilers though and neither can be converted to a stove.

If there is space a stove with back boiler could be fitted else where
but almost certainly an electric circulating pump will be required
and possibly a header tank.

You can use a stove + back boiler with the old Aldi (I do not know
about the modern one) but there are problems with very hot stove
water circulating through the Aldi and tripping/damaging the overheat
safety cutout. Otherwise a heat exchanger can be used to transfer
heat from one system to the other, but its more complicated.

I think we need clarification as to exactly what sort of a thing you
have at present.
