Last year on the Caldon we phoned BW to ask for directions to find the shop that had them. BW said "The Caldon Canal, is that near Manchester or is it in Wales?" After keeping us on hold for 15 minutes (at 10p per minute on my mobile) they said they didn't know but someone would call us back. After an hour they found someone who knew, who called us and gave us directions.
