Whilst boating from Whilton to Weedon (on the 15 mile pound, even), we
were advised by a BW towpath patrol that Mr Finch is on the loose and
wanted yet again (presumably for breaking bail/probation/licence
conditions). He's wearing a red top and blue trousers and is believed
to be on this bit of the GU somewhere.
